Chain Hoists

Peter Cassidy Limited has been trading in chain hoists and other lifting equipment since 1921. Although the industry has changed significantly in that time, we are proud of the fact that we have maintained our level of chain hoist expertise throughout, meaning we can provide specialist advice on every element of the chain hoist equipment that we supply.

Alongside supplying chain hoists we also offer a repair and maintenance service for all kinds of chains from our in-house workshops. All of our chain repairs have a very quick turnaround and come with a complete full examination report.

Our electric chain hoists are available in 13 different safe working load ranges, from 125kg to 6,300kg. They can be used as a stationary chain hoist with a suspension hook or eye, with rigid mounting or with a push or electric trolley. Our chain hoists are incredibly rugged and more than able to stand up to heavy industrial applications.

We also have a wide range of manual chain hoists available for sale or hire. These include the Morris 190 Class 1 and 164 Morris Push Travelling Trolley ranges, with load capacities up to 20 tonnes, which have a well deserved reputation for being lightweight, high quality and low cost. We also stock chain hoists from other brands such as Pfaff Silberbleu, Yale and Tractel.
